So far I have always had positive experiences here. Great coffees, a huge variety and great staff. You are always welcomed with a smile and I enjoy the atmosphere everytime I&#39;m here.

Balzac Coffee

I like it very much. I ordered the pizza super big and full. I ordered a large bottle of soda water. I was full and the environment was good. I sent small matches and bear sugar at the door. The service was also good. They were too busy!

The service was great and the staff really friendly, we didn&#39;t speak Germany but we managed to understand each others,just wish there was an English menu for tourists

Maybe we were unlucky while visiting this at Potsdamer Platz, but all tables were full of dishes and were not cleaned after 10 minutes. When the guy took the dishes he cleaned the table by using his hand only....JEG! The coffee was moderate/ok and not very expensive, I must say. The entourage and hygiene were not optimal...to put it midly. I went to the toilet and it was the same kind of hygiene.
